i usually love going to waffle house and never have complaints. But do not have Mary as a waitress at this location. she is inefficient, rude, and i felt discriminated. She will grab your waffle with her bare hands after cleaning tables and scratching her butt. View all feedback.
I'm going to be honest, I visit these places because it's 24 hours a day, in different states and small towns, everything is fine just some stores are cleaner than others, the truth is just the truth.

Food was good, place was clean and put together rather nicely…
Love the people that work here. My family and I have been coming here to this specific location for 5 years and the employees are always fantastic! I came and got my Togo order tonight which I was now forced to place online because when you call it says they do not take phone orders anymore there’s no option to speak to a person. But online there are also no options for customizations like no cheese on a hash brown bowl. And I drove as fast as I could to get there and the amazing employees there saved my night. They were so kind and remade my order. I don’t know her name but it’s the blonde hair lady and the cook with blonde hair too. They were so generous and kind to me. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I knew they could tell I was panicked that I made the order but couldn’t get a hold of them. Waffle House needs to fix the online ordering process or put the phones back on. Also if they don’t have a phone that’s such a hazard to employees incase there is an emergency. Service is always 100 but this new togo process has flaws. Please fix it.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to because we are all human and need room for correction, as well given the opportunity to correct a situation. I was really hungry and wanting breakfast for me and my son. Someone was going to pick up my order while they were out in passing. I was trying to place a take out order when I was asked to hold. I was put on hold for 12 mins. The person who was picking up my order had made it there already, and they don’t even live in Cartersville. When it was the person who was picking up my order, turned to be helped; They let the worker know that I was on the phone waiting to place my order. I over heard that worker ask who answered the phone, the response from another worker was “I did and forgot about it.” Someone also stated, “I can’t”. A few seconds later someone hung up the phone. Now, I get being busy come with the business but it was a form of rudeness and bad customer service. You should have picked up the phone, out of courtesy, because I was still there waiting to place my order. I mean at least apologize, and try fixing it because I was still wanting to order. Right away I tried calling back. I was trying to let it be known about what just happened. I wasn’t given the chance, to give them an opportunity to correct the issue because the phone just kept ringing. I use to like this location. It’s the principle for me!
