Just rude. If you have a customer at the register you shouldn't be engaged in conversation. From the moment I entered my number into the keypad I was invisible. Didn't get my receipt and wasn't offered a bag for thr cup I purchased View all feedback.

The customer service was terrible, both employees looked like they hated their job, very rude. I also waited 20 minutes for 1 Carmel Brûlée that tasted like garbage. They did not call out names so it was very confusing whose coffee was whose. Overall could be a lot better. I get that there was a lot of customers, but they needed like one more employee working with them. I use to work for a Starbucks myself and it wasn’t that hard . Even during a rush with a long line of customers.
The customer service was on the bad side and they were out of most things and I ordered my drink (hot cocoa) to be on the colder side but not iced. Then when I get the drink back it’s even hotter than when they usually give it to you.
The barista Delilah was so unbelievably rude. I’m never coming back here. How hard is it to make a mocha?
