Red Lobster - Cartersville

I visited this restaurant for dinner and experienced a 10-minute wait, which I found quite impressive for a Friday night. I gave it 4 stars mainly because it took an hour for our food to arrive. However, they did compensate us for one of the meals. The food was really good, and despite the wait, we will definitely be back.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a hostess to seat us, but after that, everything went smoothly and there was no wait. I received a complimentary birthday dessert, which is now in my fridge. I ordered the Lobster Lover's Dream, and it was absolutely delightful!

They consistently impress. The waitress was a joy, providing excellent service without missing a step. The food was fresh and delicious. With service like this, the price is absolutely justified.

Dropped our load late in Atlanta and came in an hour before closing. We expected to be rushed and not met with much hospitality but we were so wrong. (Teach me to not judge! Everyone we encountered was awesome (Bri I think and our waiter, Paul…was spectacular. He didn’t make us feel like we had to rush at any point and the food was delicious! No more DoorDash for us, as we can’t wait to come back in person!

Our server, Ashlynn, was awesome. Food was good. We don't go to restaurants much anymore because we always seem to leave disappointed in food and service. This trip to Red Lobster was nice.
