Mcdonald's - Cartersville

Way too slow in the morning. They make you pull forward and wait no matter what.

Ordered coffee to go -was freshly made. A wait but worth it. Courteous service!

I only visited this location once. But I went on a Friday night and the staff of 3 wore very sour, tired, apathetic looks on their faces. The service took at least 10 minutes to get one chicken sandwich and fries. The food was, hot and good. The service and staff just looked tired and wore out and didn't really seem to care about their appearance to themselves or to the customers.

Buyer beware. Do not eat at this McDonald’s location. I asked for a water cut because there was not an option on the self-serve kiosk to get a water cup. After I got my food, I went to the self-serve fountain and poured water, and the manager of the restaurant accused me of getting sprite and was verbally abusive, when I told him that it was water. He said that he could see bubbles in it and that proved that it was sprite, which is not the case there were no bubbles. I even had somebody who I don’t know in the restaurant volunteered to taste it, and she confirmed that it was water . A horrible experience I will never eat at this McDonald’s location ever again. It was very unprofessional.

Great service. In and out time outstanding. Food as expected.
