Mcdonald's - Cartersville

They missed a part of my order and they got mad because they didn't want to stop production to fix it. Lady's if yall did yall job right the first time I wouldn't have had to find a place to park my truck and come back inside. If u didnt want to make it give me a refund, I would have been offended. But the attitude was a unreasonable thing, I didn't get mad at yall until u did at me. One was the manager she was right along with the foolishness. Service: Take out

I ordered a frappe with extra drizzle and I got no drizzle at all. When I asked she only put a little on top and told me rudely that we are not a coffee shop and that her general manager told her to make the frappe like this. I left it right there couldn't get money back cause I used mobile app

They NEVER answer the drive through after 11pm. And if they do they are extremely rude. I have waited in the line being the only one in line for 15 minutes before they took my order..for two drinksinsane. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
