Ordered two 8 piece boxes of chicken and paid through the app. App told me ~10 minutes later that the order was done so I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Not only that, but they can’t give me a refund or refund it through the app and I have to call the corporate number to get a refund.
