Daébreak Café - Cartersville

We drove to the Chattanooga and stopped on a way at 8:15am. The schedule states it opens at 7am, but the place was closed.What is the point of having a schedule if you can't open on time.

I regret that I don't have any photos, and it's been about a week since I've been in, but this little cafe is PHENOMENAL! I had the smoked salmon bagel, a brown sugar latte, and a sample of the bean pie that James was so generous to let me and my friends try. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious, and I have to say it is some of the BEST coffee I have ever had! Which is very high praise coming from me, as I used to be a barista and am still quite a coffee snob. The salmon bagel was also delicious, definitely felt like a nice local twist on bagels and lox which is my favorite breakfast. James is also a very kind individual, who gave us some of the best customer service of any establishment in Cartersville! I can not recommend this place enough, I can't wait to go back soon!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegan options, my partner was VERY pleased.

The food was delicious, the coffee tasted amazing, and the atmosphere and music are very chill with lovely plants all around!
