Food is usually good at Arby’s, but at least since COVID, their service level has dipped. They do well with what they have, but apparently they are constantly short staffed. Whether this is the fault of management or we just have a generation of folks that don’t want to work or a combination of problems, only time will tell. I’m not bashing the restaurant, but they have certainly slipped a bit. View all feedback.
What Katie McCormick doesn't like about Arby's:
Imagine ordering 30$ worth of food driving all the way home , and missing items. Instead of refunding me the manager on shift named Tiffany, wants to say “I don’t really care I’m packed, I remember bagging it, I’m not replacing 30$ of food” if you’re the manager there how come you don’t care? When we called back to get her name she let someone else answer the phone, and his response was “why are you even driving that far to come to this arbys , isn’t there one closer to you?” and y’all wonder why y’all don’t get business the employees running the customers off.
The guy at the window was very friendly and they gave us exactly what we wanted. The fries needed to be a little more crispy.
Service was goodFries were old, fish sandwich was not hot, and the Mac n cheese bites were on the cusp of being burned (they weren't hot either)Everything came from under the heat lamp and had been sitting there for a while, apparently

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Person making drinks had an open wound on their hand. Saw person in the back microwaving the sandwiches. At least they had on gloves. My sandwich bun was burnt. The meat on my sandwich was stale and dried out. Took a bite or two before I noticed and started feeling a little nauseous. Did not drink the drinks. $17 is a little much to charge for drinks I can’t drink, and burnt, stale, and microwaved sandwiches.
