Good coffee shop, with a rustic and pleasant space. The only thing is that I feel lacks more variety of dues and food to offer. In my case I prefer sweet pastry, I found very limited options. But despite this, the quality of each product is fine. View all feedback.

When you want to make an order, prepare to last 1 week ordering a queque, the customer service is PÉSIMO. They never answer the phone, they speak in a bad way and you practically have to ask them to take the order. Apart from that they first give a price and then give another one. View all feedback.
One of the best places for some quality pastries. They definitely taste like home made desserts unlike other cookie cutter pastry shops. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy, a nice little getaway from the busy streets of Cartago.

It is a cafeteria located in a remodeled old house, which is why it is very cosy. Its location is very good if you are looking for a place in the center of Cartago. The attention is regular, in general. On one occasion an employee was not friendly at all. His attitude was embarrassing. This is an aspect to improve, in general terms. They don't excel in customer service. The products are of very good quality. There are a variety of sweet and savory options. You can buy some packaged products and others that are sold individually. They also offer casados for lunch. The space to eat food is pleasant and clean. There is a table with very comfortable armchairs. There is good lighting due to the windows that allow you to see the external movement (of the city). An additional aspect that requires improvement is the tableware they use. I had two coffees and the mugs were different. The pastry dish was made of transparent glass, one of the simplest ones found in the supermarket. In most of the cafeterias that I have visited, they take great care of this detail of the presentation of the food the orders. Some prices seem fair to me but others are very high. There is no parking.
