A high quality ceviche, the express service is excellent. We order the famous Peruvian ceviche that has ginger and gives it a very rich taste. The Mexican has a mild chili flavor that makes it delicious too. The sauces are from the house, delicious the combination with the ceviche. The famous Chaldeans are on another occasion. The best Cevicheria that I have tried, has a variety of ceviches of various flavors, also serve strong dishes and snacks. The attention is excellent and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The good thing about this place is very cheap compared to other Cevicherías de Cartago and keep in mind that the weekends pass full, in addition they have a sale only to carry.
It is very comfortable in prices, good quality, good taste, good service and the prevailing toilet, I recommend a visit if they go to Cartago.
