Rösti with beef bathed in mushroom sauce and cooked perfectly in a way that dissolves at the time of freeing all its flavors on your palate and to close the chef delighted me with a dessert zabaione of his choice, excellent experience for much one of the best restaurants currently in Cartago.
Today we had a chance to dine in this place. Excellent food and attention. Thanks to chef Paul for such delicious dishes.
