According to Girasoles (by far the best and most valuable option on Cartagena), this is a demolition. They had 2 more options (one with fried plant anes, yuk), but I will never know because I will never go there again. Owner is a big young American who thinks it's OK to offer 2 crumbs for 17.5k COP. Oh and the interior is a rugged, nasty place where it smells like fried meat and fish. Avoid!

Finally, I found somewhere m... read more I traveled to Columbia and found it very difficult to get any kind of vegan dessert, especially when it's hot, all you want is ice. Finally, I found somewhere making the ice with natural fruit and soy milk. You have an interesting process that is cool to watch and do their best to take you. I didn't like to use a plastic spoon to eat the ice. It would be nice to offer you the opportunity to eat in business with reusable cutlery or had a kind of compostable spoon. The flavors were good, but I would say the price was quite expensive considering how much you get it. It is a new business created by a young man and it felt good to support him. I hope he continues to create interesting vegan options for his customers and thinks about his environmental policy a little more.
