Salitre Gastrobar - Cartagena

Now it's a mejican fusion. We were very happy with him, and it's been a shame to not find him... but... the new place, called anthdale, doesn't delight his predecessor. see specific criticism.

Enjoyed coffees and tostadas, and received good service from the staff. This restaurant has been refurbished and has inside and outside seating.

We absolutely loved it here and this was our saviour on what was a horrible experience staying at the Hotel Cavanna just round the corner. We came here with our 2 children most nights for dinner and the food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would totally recommend this place for anyone staying in the area. Thanks guys :

Amazing value for money on the “Menu del Día” with very good quality dishes to choose from! The staff were friendly and attentive and the place itself has a wooden interior which is both stylish and comfortable. Great experience overall and will definitely be back soon :

Just finished a 4hr kitesurfing session could have eaten a scabby horse. Anyway found this place one of the few open. Was completely dead however staff were friendly. Not much Spanish food on the menu which was a little disappointing but didn't care too mich. Ordered the salitre sandwich totally hit the spot so no complaints from me. Can't comment for the summer months when it's probably full of winging poms.
