Excellent service of restaurant and food estrella

Food was great. Lovely flavours The new location of Amapola is really disappointing. Very gloomy with no windows. We used to love sitting on the terrace for dinner. Please re-think think the location especially in the summer when the evenings are so pleasant

Delicious breakfast choice from fresh fruit to chocolate sauce covered waffles (and everything in between)!

Return visit for us and it lived up to our previous experience. Friendly and attentive staff who are happy to engage with you if you also make the effort.

I believe I may have had the misfortune to sit next to the person who wrote the last review of this restaurant. I take great exception to all the comments made by them. Indeed I was sorely tempted to remind the persons that “civility” costs nothing !!! We dined here for five nights and on only one occasion we’re we not completely satisfied. The staff were courteous and sought to please. The wine list was thoughtful and not overpriced….especially the Vega de Sicila. We were slightly concerned that the waiters were running around in an effort to serve everyone as expeditiously as possible and did not have sufficient time to engage with the customers however. The restaurant is popular with golfing groups, who can be noisy, but we noted they are usually seated away from the more intimate diners. Very enjoyable. Good standard of cooking. Dishes invariably well presented. Many thanks to David.
