Fortunately, a lady on the counter was nice.I haven't been Wetzel's Pretzels before. I even didn't know what pretzel was.... She told me about their menus nicely and provided a good service.A dip source of jalapeño cheese is good. Plain pretzels are also good. Its texture is like a bagel.I hope they keep their good services for good. View all feedback.

They're never consistent with the food. It all depends who's there at the time you visit. I went there once and my pretzel was so burnt I had to call the manager on the phone. Another time the food was great. If only the quality of the food stayed the same. Never consistent!!!! View all feedback.
Workers here are very rude they disrespect clients a manager should start addressing this situation. They mock clients when they are about to close laughing in clients face when they come and purchase and it's about to close laughing in their face among them instead of being polite and apologizing that they are already closed. So sad ?
