What is this and how is this acceptable? I come here all the time and never had an issue. But tonight, what happened? If the lid of the cinnamon bottle fell off, why not just remake the drink? 3/4 drinks were made perfectly except this one. This was my spot to go! After today I’m not sure anymore. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch WITH EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE! all the staff seems to busy talking to each other an maybe not paying attention! I asked them to please add my caramel drizzle and all he said was oh it’s blended in already! Disappointed! View all feedback.
The place is very dirty, the lazy workers don't clean the tables.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. They always remember you and treat you like family. They are efficient and deliver great service. Clean and well organized.
I love coming here but they ways seem to run out of the ingredients of all my favorite drinks. Everyone that works here is amazing and friendly. The only thing that need improvement is they need to keep better track of inventory. It's very disappointing when I order a drink and they don't have certain things that are supposed to be in the drink.
It was quick made an order on the app which gave them time to prepare my cake pops and my pink drink which I dunno if I like it that much but it's still good no matter what
Employees are always ready to assist customers with their needs. Really very friendly environment to buy coffee and other appealing beverages. I strongly recommend for everyone to visit this receptive environment.
