I ordered a hand tossed pizza. They said it would take you waiting 15 minutes lie almost 30min, and they took my pizza on pressure to delay my order. The pizza was soggy when I was eating it I feel disrespected for $23 for a large pizza with pepperoni only! View all feedback.
Ordered online to pick up, got there and was ready..
Usually the food is good but this time my food was over cooked. My pizza had visible burnt crust and the cookie desert was over bake (not chewy and tasted charred). I like my pizza crunchy but kids don't like it. Also I couldn't enjoy the cookie didn't have the same taste since it was baked too long.
Going to let my picture do all the talking : The pizza was burnt dry. I think they rushed to cook this because the bottom wasn't burnt, just the top. Was really sad because we were so hungry had to eat around it. Other than that I thought the dough size was perfect. Not too thick, not too thin. A refund or 2 free large pizzas would be nice.
