Celebrating our youngest son's birthday. The place was relatively empty and the kids had a blast. I wasn't too fond of the pizza though (half pepperoni, half chicken and stuffed crust). However, this was one of the cleanest CEC restaurants I've beenin.
It was clean, employees very helpful. I went on Wednesday there wasn't lots of ppl. Employee that took order was very polite, nice, great smile, extremely helpful. Would've given it a 5 stars. But we missed the salad bar they had before covid. There wasmore variety. Other than that it's a 5 star. Great customer service. We asked for Chuck e. And Employee didn't hesitate to callhim out. We really enjoyed our time at Chuck e in Carson. My kids loved it. It was their 1st time
The service at Chuck E. Cheese was disappointing, especially compared to how great it was twenty years ago. I’m really upset that they took out the ball pit, tunnels, and the ball drop games. I’m curious if these changes were due to state regulations or simply cost-cutting measures. Regardless, Chuck E. Cheese just isn’t the same anymore! Even as an adult, I used to enjoy the arcade games, but now the menu of games is limited to only a few mediocre options.
I waited in line for 15 minutes without anyone available to help. There were no staff members ensuring that parents and children had matching stamps. I don’t feel safe bringing my kids here since there’s no way to confirm if the stamps correspond.
I had an amazing day at Chuck E. Cheese, my first visit in quite some time! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially the young woman at the front counter—she was a real pleasure. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, a testament to the team’s hard work. The salad bar was neatly organized and always replenished, and the food from the menu was served hot and fresh. This Chuck E. Cheese location truly stands out compared to others!

The atmosphere is fantastic for kids! I gave it five stars because all the games were in working order, and they offered a better variety of games compared to other Chuck E. Cheese locations I've visited.
My son always has a great time, whether he's going by himself, celebrating a birthday, or hanging out with just a few friends. That's truly the most important thing for me.
Totally different from what I'm used to my kids are grown and I haven't been in a while but they don't have the balls anymore I guess it was a bacteria thing with you know infections and everything and the way things are going I guess it's a good thing that they don't have that nasty s no more I mean nasty germs in the morning
Oh my God, the best pizza ever! I even bought an extra one for Saturday dinner. The place was a bit cold, but I didn’t mind at all.
Last visited this location a week ago, and I was surprised by how many of the games were out of order. But the staff if super nice and accommodating. Hopefully those machines are up and running now or soon. My son loves the place and always asks to go still. Worth a TRY.

The service isn’t great, and Chuck E. Cheese was so much better 20 years ago. I really dislike that they got rid of the ballpoint pens, the tunnels, and the squirt guns. I’m left wondering what happened to the fun we used to have. Was it due to regulations, or just too costly to maintain? Regardless, Chuck E. Cheese isn’t what it used to be! Even though I’m an adult now, I still enjoy playing the arcade games, but they only have a few decent ones left.

Nope. They didn't even have straws amongst other things. And they should have been nicer about it. Upsetting when you pay ALOT! for food and games. It seems like there is no manager/management. The employees are all doing whatever they want (ie hiding) and disorganized while not caring that children's birthday partys are being ruined. Really sad. I get that people become desensitized but try to retain a bit of compassion. At least have a supervisor on the floor. If there was a supervisor staffed no one acted like it. Were they hiding in a back office hoarding the store's out-of-stock straws? People can have off days, of course, but everyone there had the same attitude. I was at the food pick up window to ask what was going on after 30 minutes passed without our order of wings being ready. The employees that walked by would purposely avoid eye contact so they wouldn't have to be responsible for resolving an issue. When I waved someone down inside the kitchen after no acknowledgement at the window (heads down no eye contact, looking in the opposite direction) they got some wings, added the sauce then gave it to me. Why wasn't that done 20 minutes earlier if it's that simple. They hadn't even started on the pizza. And no, they weren't backed up, really! They literally found my ticket, read it then clipped it up and started working on it. Look, this is still a workplace not a child's backyard party. C'mon people.
I have to admit it's been over a decade since I've been back to a chuck e cheese, and let me share with you my experience. My visit was a little reminder to why I do not frequently visit this establishment. The games are kid friendly, and 80% of them were working. I'm very much surprised. It's clean inside, and the menu has stepped up its game for sure. I would've given them a 5 star if they would reinforce parents not to leave their kids unattended. There were so many kids roaming around without adult supervision. And taking over other guest turns. This was definitely nerve-racking as much as I wanted to understand and be patient; unfortunately, I decided to convince my kids that maybe it's best we revisit on a weekday to avoid this type of situation. Luckily, my kids agreed ?with me, and off we went elsewhere for dinner. My experience may not be the same as yours, and I hope you will get a better experience than I did. Enjoy
