It had been a long time since I’ve been to US Sub Base, so I was extremely excited knowing their food was amazing. My husband ordered a hamburger which we had to throw in the garbage. It was cooked on the outside, but not on the inside at all. The inside was very cold. My turkey sub was missing the majority of the condiments and all shakers. Definitely not the quality I expected and had received previously. Very disappointing! I will not ever return to this location again.

I tried it a while ago and was a little upset that they didn’t give the avocado I paid on my sandwich. I tried it recently the onion rings took quite a while to get, I ate my burger and friend ate his entire 12” sandwich before I got the rings. Also I paid for avocado for my burger, yet again I was let down. Not coming back here.

If this was a new business the... read more This place has seriously gone downhill. New owners don’t seem to care and are riding on the coattails of the previous reputation. If this was a new business they wouldn’t last six months. Got the same thing I’ve gotten the last ten years. Barely any sauce. Barely any meat. Completely forgot the wine, oil, and Parmesan. The tomatoes were from the butt end of the fruit and barely edible. The people that bought it are a joke and clearly have no love for the business. Everything is just thrown together and shoved out. Last time I went it was under the new ownership but the previous owner was in making the sandwiches. The last good meal I’ll ever have here because I’m not coming back. Fantastic job ruining one of Carson City’s best hidden food gems.
