I just went here to get a matcha with cold foam, strawberry purée and no ice. A lady with short blonde hair was glaring the second I walked in and looked extremely unpleasant. She made my drink- with ice. I asked if there 's any way she could take it out and made sure it said 'no ice ' on the label when I gave it back. She was extremely rude when replying and scoffed and said you wanted no ice? It said it perfectly clear on the label yes, but I replied kindly and she remade the whole drink (dumping it out violently I might add). She then gave me back the drink and it had 0 strawberry purée in it and I personally feel that she made the drink worse than it was originally just because she had to remake the drink, because of her own mistake. However I left the store after this because I know her mood would have gotten extremely worse (if possible) if she 'd had to make the drink again, correctly. Worst employee I have had ever at a Starbucks.

This location used to be well run, but it has fallen apart dramatically over the past couple weeks. It is failing to keep to its posted hours, is running out of basic menu and container items early in the day, is short-staffed, and a panhandler is lurking in the drive-thru lane among trapped cars. It's unpredictable and unpleasant to go here.
