Ever since Rob took over, the quality of service and product has increased several times over. They do a good job of keeping everything stocked, even during bad weather or other supply chain shortages. I'd even go so far as to say they provide the best out of all the Port of subs in Carson. What Kimberly Lockwood doesn't like about Port Of Subs:
Ordered a number five like I always do but they only put two small pieces of thin meat on the entire sandwich. I order from other locations at least once a month and have never had this issue. This location is ripping people off. View all feedback.
I ordered three sandwiches online. They were ready when I went to pick them up, I was early. I live 10 minutes from them but my heated sandwiches were cold. The bread on the sandwiches was falling apart and squished. My husband ordered a pastrami sandwich and it had so much Chewy fat in the meat he couldn't eat it. I ordered a meatball, the flavor was good even though it was cold but the bread was falling apart and mushy. Don't think I'll go there anymore, spent 43$
The girl working the counter was extremely rude! Won’t ever visit this location again. Worth driving to another sandwich place
This Port of Subs is top notch. Been going here for awhile now and the customer service is amazing. Sandwiches are always fresh and made to perfection and the younger man running the place works his butt off! Thanks Port of Subs!
Foods good, drive thru is fast. Drive thru mic is questionable.
The freshest Sandwiches around. Decided to try it about a year ago, now we only go here. You can eat in, take out or go through the drive thru.
