as always, the olive garden is an exceptional place to eat. by the host who is waiting for us to our Johnny-on-the-spot waitress absolutely great service. that was extraordinary. To be honest, if they pay attention to the detail as I, they will see that their meal was prepared by a profi. a pro who is proud of what they do. What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Carson City Incline Village:
The service from our waitress was fantastic. However the food was lacking in quality taste. Very obvious the soup came out of a bag and wasn’t seasoned very well. Got two bowls of soup each came out Luke warm!! Not to mention the HAIR I found in one bowl! Also the manager Jeff needs to go through so serious training. It seems like Olive Garden has increased the salt content of all their food over the years, but you still can't beat the service and atmosphere for basic Italian food.
Very nice dinner with a 5 and 10 year old. Staff was very attentive, and the kids' menu was excellent. All in all, it's a wonderful experience, and Lia was an excellent server.
The building is old and outdated. The food was decent- loved my entree, but the chicken soup came out Luke warm and the break sticks were hard as a rock. That and I had to ask for my refills for my drink and soup. Subpar service, but not bad
Our waitress (Toni) was pleasant with Conversation, it was a birthday celebration and my dessert was taken off on the bill (Tiramisu), good food, and friendly service.
Server was on point! Always checked in and refilled in a timely manner!
