Honestly, I had a fantastic experience at Jack in the Box today. I can't believe I forgot to take a picture of the food! The items I tried tasted fresh and not like typical fried meat. The service was excellent from everyone who worked that night (11/27/21). The staff should be very proud of themselves and definitely deserve any bonuses. The fries always come cold, burger extremely greasy
The Tiny Tacos is a great snack and/or side to go with your meal. Nice and cheap too!
My rating would have been five stars if the drive-thru hadn't been closed multiple times during the day for new employee interviews. I completely understand the need for interviews, but it's important to have a staff ready to keep things running smoothly. I really love this place!
I had the Milk Tea with Boba, and it was quite enjoyable! I didn't realize they served boba here until I noticed it and decided to give it a try.
I really enjoy the food at Jack in the Box, but this particular location repeatedly messes up my order. The last time, they even informed the driver that all the items were included when they weren't.
