Our server, Alicia, was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When my son asked for a refill on his soda, she rolled her eyes and made faces at us. It took her an eternity to attend to our table, and our entire experience was ruined because of her. I also overheard her shouting and causing a disturbance in the kitchen. Alicia, find a new job and leave Applebee's. Your behavior reflects poorly on this establishment.
