There are 2 ways to reach the restaurant-park on the lower end on the street and walk up and walk up and Oh my God! so many wide stone steps until you reach La Roccacia, the site of an extinct castle. Then, take the left side stairway and keep on walking up another 2 minutes. The less stupid way is to drive your car uphill on the asphalt road and park in the plaza above the restaurant. Normally open Friday night's, Saturday's and Sundays, I Pizzicuni is operated by a brother and sister. We ordered the house antipasti plate which featured a homemade grape marmalade to go along with the two aged cheeses and 3 meats. As this was filling enough by itself we almost didn't order a primo, but decided to be piggies so we had the ravioli in red sauce as well. Nothing extraordinary, just hot and filling. With a half liter of Trebbiano wine and 2 desserts of a lemon sorbet and tartuffo nero ice cream, our bill came to 45 euros. We plan on returning and this time we won't climb all those steps. And outside dining is available as well. .
