Yama Lzakaya Sushi - Feedback

What Jimmy M doesn't like about Yama Lzakaya Sushi:
Overall a decent Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere was good and the owner is Japanese (according to my research). The Nabeyaki Udon was fantastic, which is why bumped to 3 stars, however the Kara Age (Japanese fried chicken) was a bit bland and the flesh was dry. Unfortunately not moist at all. Ate here for the first time the other day and was super excited! The sushi was amazing. It was perfectly filled and rolled. We had a few different shrimp orders and those were great too! The chicken skin skewer was a little disappointing as it was very small and hard. But other than that it was great. Pricing was pretty good as well and service was friendly.
