Wingtown Grill - Carrollton

I had a frustrating experience with the ordering process. I ordered 20 wings and a side of fries, which totaled $27, and that was reasonable. However, I was charged an extra $1 for blue cheese, and that just didn't sit well with me. I ended up walking away without finishing my order. I really dislike places that charge extra for everything. Service rating: 1/5.

The sauces were quite lackluster, tasting more like generic, store-bought options. The ranch had a consistency similar to mayonnaise and its flavor wasn't much different. The wings themselves were disappointing in both taste and portion size. They were overcooked, dry, and honestly not enjoyable. When considering the prices relative to the portion sizes, the value just doesn't hold up compared to similar establishments. The fries were passable, and I will say the staff was friendly, which is a plus. While you might want to give this place a try, I would advise against it as it’s likely to be a fruitless and disappointing experience. I recommend heading to Wingstop instead.

Absolutely the best burgers in town! The service is quick and incredibly friendly. We dine here once or twice a week. Food: 5/5.

They’re called Wingtown but they have the Best burgers I’ve had in years! They are so juicy and seasoned to perfection! I’ve ordered burgers at 3 different temps Medium, Medium well and well done and All of them were perfect!!! FYI you do have to pick all of your fixings but even a plan burger is great! This is the only place I eat burgers from now.Kid-friendliness: Like I said a plan burger is great so the kiddos will eat it. I haven’t had the wings or chicken tenders but I’m sure they’re cooked with just as much love as the burgers.

I would post pics, but me and my fiancé have already devoured our meal! We are not shy to giving accolades when they are well deserved. We stopped here today for the very first time, for lunch. I had the 2pc. catfish w/fries and my fiancé had the 100% Angus burger 5 wing combo. Everything was cooked FRESH and well seasoned. He said it’s one of the best burgers he’s had. And my catfish was cooked perfectly and the was light and fresh. We live in Mesquite but will make the travel to definitely come back!!
