Stay away from this place it is full of code violations the image is indicative for unhealthy and more stay away they are better choices

First time calling for delivery. Over an hour later, pizza still showed that it was being made. I called over and over and they didn't answer the phone. Finally called a different store. They happened to know an employee at the store, so they called her cell phone. Turns out, they had no delivery drivers, but instead of calling or emailing the people that placed orders, I guess they just decided to ignore the customers completely. I could tell that even the store I called was genuinely befuddled. They apologized for the other store, which was very nice. My son started crying when I told him because i was unable to go to the store myself to get it and it was too late to order from a different store. Complained to corporate. Received a call from the district manager, but we had a death in the family and I was out of town. I called him back a week later when I returned, but I never heard from him again. Being a Customer Service Manager for over 20 years, this sort of service is appalling. I will not purchase from Pizza Hut and I will tell anyone that will listen about my experience with this location. Please do not support businesses that treat customers in this manner and purchase elsewhere; there are certainly many other places that will deliver pizza and/or wings.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I placed an order for delivery, adding my address and a generous tip, and then when I was still waiting on my order an hour later, I decided to look at my order on the app. An employee apparently changed my order to carryout. When I called to figure out what the deal was, no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times, again with no answer. Apparently, a bunch of teenagers who don't care about customer service or even just doing their job are running things!

This place is the worst pizza hut ever.2 hit to get pizza that when it was a hot and half late. Still came to my door. Cold pizza, cold wings, didn't get the root beer I ordered. Called sour hung up on twice. Finally got someone canceled my order and it still showed up. Good was nasty. Third time this place has screwed me over. Never order from them again....

Asked for contactless delivery and the delivery guy knocked to charge me again for my order, which I had already paid for on the mobile app. He then proceeded to tell me he forgot our 2 liter and would come back with it, but sped off and never came back. We called the entire night but no one picked up. I called the next day in the morning and no one picked up. The 2 liter is only like $3 so I won't bother trying to get those back, but will never order again from here.
