Whataburger - Carrollton

This restaurant seemed to be out of several items, including ice cream. They didn’t have any medium lids, so they offered me a large drink instead, which I accepted, but it was only filled halfway. The fries were cold and lacked salt. The only redeeming item was the sweet and spicy bacon burger, which was quite good.

We will never return to this restaurant! First of all, it took 20 minutes for the car in front of us to receive their food. Instead of having them pull forward, they made them wait, leaving our food to get cold. When we got home, we had to microwave everything. And let's not overlook the hair we found in the fries—if we had eaten in the car, that hair would have ended up in our stomachs! Honestly, it looked like a pubic hair. They really need to train their staff on hygiene and require them to wear hairnets. Thank you!

The food was fantastic! It was served hot and fresh, and they prepared it much faster than usual. I visited during off-peak hours, and the restaurant was relatively quiet, which likely contributed to the speedy service. Overall, it was the best service I've experienced at Whataburger in quite a while!

9/23/22 visited this location twice today. Both times my cashier was Daiquane B. My food was freaking amazing!!! The line moved quicker than expected and the food was hot! My order was correct! I?m amazed at the improvement!!! This is whataburgerexperience I initially fell in love with. 12/30/20 This whataburger has a habit of not including everything you request and payfor with your order. It?s quite annoying. Whataburger is too expensive for them to constantly leave items out of the order andinconvenience the customer by having to drive all the way back to get it corrected. I?m done with this whataburger. This hashappened several times at this location. It?s one of the worst locations I?ve ever visited. No barcode on the receipt to scan myvisit. Just terrible experience all around. Rather than be nice and move the line, check your items before drivingoff. Consistently serving cold, old, stale, re-fried French fries. Cut it out! Fries don?t take that long to cook. I?m tired ofwaiting on that slow line only to receive terrible fries. It?s super annoying. 8/24/21 I have given this whataburger chanceafter chance but today is the last straw. All of this food is old. It?s sickening and disgusting. The eggs are turning grey andthe sausage is extremely hard and dried out around the edges as well the cheese looks like plastic. You can tell its beensitting, yet they served it anyway. Idk where they found this tortilla or what they did to it but it?s all crumbles and broken.This is ridiculous. Go to the other whataburger it?s near Frankford, better food and better service. This one sucks,continually!

I never thought I'd leave a whataburger a bad review but here I am. Arrival time: 12:20am Shake machine down (ok, happens) No carbonation so no soft drinks outside lemonade etc (rare but whatever) Then we waited 40 minutes in the drive through to get ourfood. I get that Whataburger's can get busy late night but this wasn't a line out the parking lot like the belt line location.When we pulled up there was maybe 4-5 cars before the call box. But with this long of a wait it was obscene, even at the windowwaited several minutes to get our small order. 3 honey butter chicken biscuits with extra honey butter, and a large fry. Not aminimal order but nothing crazy. And the biscuits came with even *less* honey butter than normal and the fries not evenfresh. I'm gonna drive a bit farther for a different location.
