Js Sushi - Carrollton

This is my go to takeout sushi. It's always so good, and they are so accommodating to special orders due to food allergies. The Louisiana roll is the best roll I've ever had anywhere. Thank you for being so good, accommodating, and reasonably priced JS Sushi!

Consistently great quality over the years.. The only thing we've noticed a change in is on the udon/una don (eel) combo that we'd regularly get...It used to be a decent sized side of eel, avocado, and rice. Now, the una don has become a tiny bowl with maybe two bites of food, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, delicious food with generous portions and reasonable prices, I definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed some sashimi there on Christmas Day. Customer service was great! I did notice one substandard piece in the center of the slices that were otherwise true sushi-grade.

So. Freakin. Good. I love this place! My favorite menu item is the spicy friend udon with chicken! It’s really spicy but I can’t stop eating it. Lol so good. I also like to ask for extra broccoli. Very good. Service is always awesome and low wait times.

Great fresh sushi! One thing I hate about sushi places is when they are skimpy on the fish. Js maki rolls were nicely stuffed with delicious tender cuts of fish in tasty and artful combinations. We got carry-out so the pictures do not do it justice. I would definitely go back.
