I don't know anyone who doesn't like jersey mikes esp this one! Their Italian sub is always fresh and delicious. My husband always gets the big Kahauna. We travel the whole country for work and the subs are beyond the best! Employees are always friendly! I can never seem to get the gluten-free sandwich order right at this place! Do they even have different sizes? They rarely get my order correct! I was really hoping this time would be different, but no, it was still wrong. It’s quite disappointing. I should have realized by now that they don't have it figured out. This location has consistently gotten our orders wrong. Recently, we ordered through DoorDash and paid for a large size, but we received a small one with barely any toppings. The employees are often rude when you order in person. I do not recommend this place—it's better to go to the Subway down the road instead.
My partner placed a mobile order, and when he received a call informing him that they were missing some items from our order, he asked if we could place another order instead. He was told he had to come back to get a refund, but we don't live in Carrollton, and now we have to head in another direction. We won't be back in the city anytime soon. When I explained to her that they were keeping our money without providing the product, she responded, “Well, since you put it that way.” That feels like stealing, regardless of how it’s framed. She mentioned she was the assistant there.
Worst experience ever today. The manger on shift was very rude. I went with my friend Dannielle to get her mobile that was supposed to ready at 12 I understand if it was like 10 min late but we waited until 12:45 to get the sandwich but before that they tried to give yes the wrong order twice. I politely told them both times that was not the right order The manger Xavier literally got rude with me and told me well it 's already made and we can 't remake it so you are going ahead to take this sandwich . The sandwich that he was trying to give me what was not my sandwich at all and after that he throw the bag down and I understand sometimes tentions get high it was busy he was being blatantly rude for no reason. Also they didn 't cut the sandwich at all and I got a giant.
My parents tried to eat here today and we’re met with nothing but rudeness from one of your employees. My mother has a severe allergy to tomatoes and asked for a sandwich to be cut in half so she and my father could share it. One of your employees, who they assumed was a manager due to his uniform, refused to cut it before placing toppings on it and eventually told my parents to leave and stormed away. After he stormed away my father heard him say “I’m not taking orders from a white woman”. So we will not be back and will be contacting someone about his lack of customer service.
