Cristina's Fine Mexican - Carrollton

My husband and I arrived late at the restaurant. Platz was not busy. The service was poor; the chip bowl was not refilled, the entrees were cold, and drinks were not refilled. The meal would have been enjoyable if it had been hot, but we did not want to wait that long. I ordered fajita appetizers and they had to be remade. My husband's enchiladas were dry and barely had any sauce.

Yesterday evening on 04/16/22, I went to dinner with my parents and had the worst service ever. I was in disbelief. The waitress seemed to not care about us at all. We waited for over 15 minutes before she even acknowledged us at the table. She walked past us multiple times without a second glance. Another waiter ended up bringing our food, and after waiting an additional 10 minutes for the waitress to check on us, he took matters into his own hands. My parent's meal was cold while mine was hot. When we asked for the bill, she took 10 minutes to bring it over. My father handed over his credit card, but she never returned to collect it. We waited for 20 minutes before my father had to get up and approach her near the door/bar area for any sign of acknowledgment. I would give her zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed as this used to be one of the top places for great service. I'm not sure what has happened, but it's truly disappointing.

It had been a long time since we last dined at Christina's. Our experience started off poorly as the server seemed distracted and forgetful. Despite my wife asking for butter twice, it was never brought to our table.

I'm so glad I went to the restroom, because WOW, there was a dog in the back near the kitchen. I had to ask the manager if they allowed dogs in the restaurant, and he said no. But the girl...

This is our favorite spot for delicious food and excellent service. We visit regularly, at least a couple of times each month. We even had my birthday party...
