Have breakfast in the morning and sit by a waitress. Well, she should never be found again. 30 min roll by and another waitress asks if we have helped not to tell her so that she continues to take our order and drinks. More 20 minutes roll by and several ppl sit after we had already paid and left. Finally, we get the attention of Tim and he finds the server and she says that they finally forget about us our drinks. 20 minutes more roll by and finally get our food served by Alexis and Papa is annoyed and makes a comment on how long we waited and very snotty Alexis says good, I'm sorry we were busy. Except we were there in front of all the other people who had already eaten and paid for... 6-7 tables came and let everyone came after us and in no case was the place full. This is the big part. Our whole food was Luke warm or cold, didn't get what we asked. Dad's gravitation was separated and congealed and if your cook you know it was Cuz sitting out. My omlet was cooked and potatoes were not good. My cinnamon roll was hard and crisp on the outside and tasted halls so I only ate the center. My husband's pancakes melted like straight fat. Dad's sausage was so hard that we used it for ice hockey and mothers eating was just disgusting. Alexis again just said good, I'm sorry we were busy in the most beautiful way she could be Senker. There is no excuse for just garbage food and garbage service. We couldn't eat our meals they were so bad. I'm sick of my stomach and my husband and dad went to McDonalds to eat something after. Oh, even if we checked out we had to go to get our own tickets and the cashiers who originally forgot about us - sighed hard and pushed our bills with us. Our controls were even wrong, but at this point we simply messed up and paid. My parents Bill was $27 and our bill was $28 for insensitive foods and for bad service and Alexis snotty attitude. We'll never eat here again. Never in my life I was treated badly, had such terrible food. Avoid it here at all costs. I will not even try to know wahlburgers now, the same waiters working wahlburgers

They reset the Carroll store a couple years ago and had multiple isles for similar products. For example, instead of having all of the chips& snacks in one isle, they were spread between 3-4 isles. Within the last month, the store has been reset once AGAIN. This is incredibly irresponsible during a pandemic. Instead of a quick grocery run, it now takes 2-3 times longer because patrons don’t know where products are at, and isles are not correctly labeled. Similar products that you would expect to be together, are once again spread out between multiple isles. Having worked retail in the past, I’ve NEVER heard of any type of store reset this drastically nor this often.

The market grill has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu. The prices are not bad and you get a lot of food for your money. The service is great, they are always willing to help someone. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Very disappointed in the service at market grille! We haven 't been there since the self serve and it was the worst service ever.. anytime we go ask for a drink it would take for ever to get and they weren 't even busy, we went with several others all of our food was wrong or poorly made(hard chunky lettuce,soggy bun,came out wrong), our kids had food that was still cold! You have people always going to the front to ask for everything because you don 't have an actual waitress coming to your table! Definitely won 't be back to eat anytime soon!
