Four Star Pizza Carrickfergus

We order the 14” mega deal from the Carrickfergus branch regularly. We get a 14” pizza, chicken goujons, curly fries garlic pizza bread. We add a 7” plain ham for one of our fussy kids lol. Today we ordered a 7” pepperoni and asked for it to be well done. The young girl (Abbie) taking the phone order was very pleasant and helpful. She kindly suggested a thin base. Great customer service!

Just taken delivery of a medium pizza , overcooked and cold, garlic bread with cheese, overcooked and cold. However complaint dealt with quickly and politely by Manager Jamie and voucher to replace the meal was offered and gratefully accepted.

Handmade with fresh ingredients, crafted with care and pride right before your eyes. The food is perfect and consistently excellent every time. While I can't comment on the service, quality, or prices, I highly recommend this place! If you're looking for delicious, hot, and freshly-prepared meals at a reasonable price, look no further.

That said, the pizzas were delicious, especially the vegan option. I definitely plan to order online through the app in the future. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and during the 35 minutes I was there next to the delivery drivers, I was the only customer, yet pizzas kept coming out for other orders. I checked out the app, and it looks user-friendly and has sorted offers well. The delivery fee also seems reasonable.

The food was delicious, but the drinks never arrived. Jamie took care of the issue and even got us a complimentary voucher for a 14-inch pizza. Great service overall!
