What User doesn't like about Bombay Kebab House:
I have an order online for a pizza and chicken nuggets and selected delivery option. When ordering, the system showed that delivery will take place in 30-40 minutes. Even after an hour they tried to reach the store and said that the order is delivered in a further 15 minutes. We've waited another hour for our food and we've cracked it again. Finally we got our order after two hours and pizza was cold and even the nug... View all feedback.
The food was alright, but there was a problem with processing credit card payments and the restaurant seemed empty.
We love the food and the prices are excellent,just very small criticism is when I ring in a order the person answering does not have good communication,so it takes alot longer to put in the order

The food is nice enough but the staff and service are shockingly bad
I really enjoy the chef's preparation of the generous meat portions at this restaurant.
