Emerald Lakes Golf Club - CARRARA

The menu has changed from what was displayed on Zomato, but there were still plenty of great options to choose from, including salads, pizza, steak, pasta, fish, burgers, and roasted sandwiches. It's clear that this golf club is welcoming to visitors as well as its members, including both golfers and tennis players. The bistro offers a lovely view of the golf course, and there are some outdoor seating options available as well (undercover). The service was excellent, and we felt very welcomed. Drinks were reasonably priced, with house wine costing just $5. I had a gnocchi bowl with spinach, tomato, and a three-cheese cream sauce, which was delicious and not too rich or heavy. He ordered the barramundi and scallops on a bed of mash with a creamy sauce, which was cooked to perfection. Everything tasted fantastic!

I had the prawn and scallop linguine, which included garlic, spinach, chili, parmesan, and Napoli cream sauce ($27.50). The dish was loaded with seafood, although there were quite a few large shell pieces throughout. The sauce was absolutely delicious, with the chili adding a perfect kick. The colors of the dish were beautifully matched as well. I ended up adding more parmesan cheese because I'm a cheese lover—if you're into cheese, you might want to do the same! The pasta was cooked to perfection.

This golf course is excellent for golfers of all skill levels and fitness abilities. The clubhouse and amenities are outstanding, featuring a driving range and a state-of-the-art coaching center.

Beautiful place to have an excellent meal with a fantastic view of the golf course.

Stoped to arrange a function. Was talking to the person responsible for the arrangements then we decided to have lunch.It was 1.45pm when we had our discussion with the function organiser then while she went to work out the details we ordered lunch. I decided that I would have the special meal of the day.When I ordered at exactly 2pm the attendant said sorry you are to late to order the lunch special as it is only until 2pm and it was exactly 2pm at tht time. I asked to speek to the duty manager only to be told by him that he was the duty manager. I have never experienced a more rude and abrupt person working in hospitality and especially a so caled duty manager. Considering his attitude he certainly does not come up to the standard expected of a person in his position.I am sorry but we decided not to complete our function booking and I would suggest that this person either sharpen up their manner or move onto a more appropriate job.
