The... read more We had an excellent business lunch. The restaurant is located in the courtyard of a beautifully restored mansion. We enjoyed some very fresh French oysters. They have one of the best French onion soups I 've ever tasted, perfectly reduced and very flavorful. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of doneness for that special cut of meat. Above all, I noticed that at Momento al 25 they highly value quality and respect the raw ingredients. An excellent example of the excellence of Mediterranean cuisine. Thank you very much.
