I would have a little more Chinese cuisine, even different from the other buffet restaurants, for example the duck. Fish and meat cooked very well at the moment. I happened by chance on 12/31 for dinner. Paid 92 euros for two, which would fit if the food was cooked right. We started from the buffet (not rich)... Insipid seafood salad, it barely took on the flavor of the olives. Very heavy rings and cutlets, very greasy. Rubbery mussels. The oysters are the icing on the cake, it was like having a spoonful of salt in your mouth. To refresh our palate a bit we decided to have some fish. Not finding it in the touch screen stations in front of the kitchen, we asked the staff. Moral of the story, at 10.30 pm all the fish was finished. I hope this criticism is taken in the right way, that it is constructive for the restaurant, as it has only been open for a few months.
