The perfect place, quiet, clean. Perfect winch, thanks to Tom and his quality product team and matching the demand. BRAVO the team again.

The welcome is great, the decor is very nice with a small living room at the corner of the fireplace I love.My husband is a meat lover but not fast food and we went there by chance to an hour late for lunch and we were incredibly and pleasantly surprised. The meat was of great quality, the delicious crane potatoes.We will come back to Carpentras on purpose.We loved and the prices are quite aligned with other fast food brands, even cheaper.
We are a family of 6 with 4 children and today Thursday 19 January 2023 we arrived at 12:15 and at 13:15 we still had no order!! The children were returning to school, so we were forced to laugh. We had a refund of our order and three hamburger for the 4 children who had not ordered it but who had to eat something before taking back the courses. We have been many in this situation! Very bad management! Too bad because meat and fries seemed to be of good quality. If you don't have enough time to eat!
Very good concept, good products and excellent meat frankly nothing to say ... on this side! Beautiful building, beautiful infrastructure but.... We arrived at 7pm, in a room not cleaned, not ranked ... disappointing considering the number of customers we were. The first impression was not ideal while yet we were seduced during our order of choice of menus and proposed meat. Between what we've done and the room maintenance there's just a huge ditch and it's a shame. What to say of the employees, who even if they are pleasant, spend their time drinking strawberry juices, using fries to eat and taking pictures in the back kitchen (damaged from the table where we were, we saw them doing well ... instead of storing the chairs, cleaning the tables that needed it, as much as when we left there were 3 customers... Big work of reshaping and management to be done with these girls... This remains a constructive opinion to improve this point because the rest of the concept is very interesting: to offer natural products at an affordable price when you like good meat ...
