I 've grown up eating Lou Malnati 's deep dish BUTTER crust pizza with sausage. It 's the only deep dish Chicago style pizza I recommend. The sauce is not acidic, but has a subtle sweetness, they 're generous with the cheese and it 's remarkable how they 're able to achieve such consistency of flavors, quality and crust perfection from one location to the next. We paid $44.00 for a cold and black hair encrusted large deep dish pizza. I’m 7mo pregnant and I wanted a nice cheesy deep dish. We live 10 mins away and my husband got there 10 mins after the pizza was supposed to be finished. It wasn’t “finished” and he waited. The pizza came out cold and with a bunch of nice black frizzy hair. My husband is bald and I have brown hair. Disgusting. Disappointed. Feeling ripped off. View all feedback.
The classic Chicago sausage pizza is phenomenal. I personally like Chicago deep dish on occasion. Between Giordanos and Lous I prefer Lous.
I used to love a Lou's pizza. It however doesn't seem as good as it was. Still good...just not best
Went to pick up my pizza and waited for 30 minuets in the store listening to employees getting ridiculed and called horrible things by what I can only assume is the manger. Pizza was cold by the time I got it and missing half of what I ordered. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

We order pizza on Sunday Feb12 it was my sun Birthday we have couple people invited pizza tast great, in the evening whoever eat pizza got sick our entire family was vomiting stomach pains it's feb14 and im still sick! we will never order again from this place!!
