Characteristic structure from Masseria, comfortable room, clean with very simple furnishings. There is no room refurbishment service and bathroom cleaning. Good location for departure visits to Ostuni, San Vito Normanni, Torre Guaceto, Alberobello etc. With regard to the kitchen, very simple in the preparation, to appreciate the use of raw materials km 0 and biological. We went last night and were amazed by the variety of dishes and quality of ingredients. You must book a table as everything is prepared for you in advance (they decide what you will eat). All of the ingredients are grown on their farm or locally sourced. We had courgette fritters, bruscetta, grilled aubergine, fava bean puree, chilli peppers, beans with cous cous, salad and beetroot burgers. Every dish was delicious.... View all feedback.
