What Frederic Pont doesn't like about L'Écorce:
Molecular style cuisine, very innovative, but not happy combinations for my taste. No starch in the dishes, bread distributed in droppers. Expect to come away feeling a little hungry. View all feedback.

I put 5 stars as the menu is just awesome, both the tastes and the presentation. It is close to be filed under gastronomic restaurant. The service is perfect friendly and non intrusive.
