What Brenda Spearman doesn't like about Rainer's Cafe:
Went to hear band. Bartender rude/ daughter waitress. We got there for 2nd set of band. Waitress said 2 drink minimum and immediately tried to get us to order a double as if we were going to skip out on bill. Randomly brought us 2nd drink that we did not order. $10 door charge, 2 drink minimum $88 we paid in cash. Bartender followed us out door to sign receipt. No need to sign receipt as we paid in cash. This was a good choice for a light lunch. The chicken salad was really good. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. There are about 20 signs that say NO CELL PHONE USE or asking you to power off your phone, I found this. Obviously, I did use my phone to obtain pictures to be able to leave this good review.
Found this place earlier this year and the foo dis absolutely amazing! The sandwiches are huge and the deserts are definitely made with love. Perfect place to unplug and just enjoy a lunch with friends and family distraction free.
New Orleans Vibe, the staff and owner is very engaging. The band tonight was amazing. Definitely will go back!
No cell phones are allowed in the restaurant, so there are no pictures. The food is great, and salad is the best. We were in town for 4 days and ended up coming back 2 more times. Service is fast and efficient, they have online ordering, I can't report on that because we didn't use that service.
I love this place! Great food, quick and cool atmosphere!
