This was an interesting experience the staff was very unfriendly especially those at the drive-thru window and they could have service better I just don't think they care much for the people that pull up there the food was good though. They obviously didn't go out of their way to do anything. But the food was edible.

Don’t go here staff screwed up on my daughter’s gift cards when ringing her up, rendering them useless. and refused to refund the money or give her her pizza without making her pay for it, which would have amounted to her paying double for it. Blamed the cashier for not being familiar with the system. so that was the fault of the employee or lack of proper training by the others on duty. Wouldn’t give her information to report them and gave her incorrect information about trying to reach the manager. Total incompetence and super poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere, don’t reward bad business practices

Consistently the most **** poor service out of any little caesar's i've been to. ordered delivery through doordash tonight and as i'm waiting on my order to be picked up, i was contacted saying they didn't have my item. the only thing i ordered was a slices n stix, so you mean to tell me that you don't have 4 slices of pepperoni pizza and 6 slices of cheese bread anywhere in there- or that you're too lazy to put it in the oven? additionally, every time i order takeout it's at least a 30 minute wait on one cheese pizza. hire people who know how to do their jobs from open until close, with a sense of urgency.
