Service and delivery drivers were wonderful. We had an 11 pizza order for a birthday party. They quoted a 45 minute time frame for delivery and it was way less than that. The pizza was hot and steaming when it arrived literally! So fresh and all the guests loved it! 10/10 View all feedback.

The driver must was high on meth or crack are can't read clearly ordered online and if I type in my address from my end ite on Domino's end as well I'm pissed poor customer service they almost took me back to the old me View all feedback.
I'll never go back the ppl didn't make it good it was terrible. Ripped me off 4 my money ..I hated it nasty.. OMG seriously. I got mine delivered.. it was that bad. It use to be better. What happened.??
Talked to “Stephanie” the manager at this location who rudely let me know“If you’re calling to tell me your pizza is shaken up, I’m not replacing it! I have had 7 calls about shaken up pizza and I have had to remake it 7 times and I’m not remaking your pizza ?”! After listening to this I tried to reason with her and ask her if she was going to make me pay for what other customers have experienced and she said “Yes” people are trying to get free pizza. After a few back and forths she still refused to remake my pizza and said she could give me a credit and that was all. I took the credit but I wanted my pizza Obviously her drivers are playing hockey ? with the pizza today this is only a highlight of the conversation. As a former restaurant owner this is absolutely unacceptable service and I know Dominoes is better than this. So I’m sitting here with a pizza sandwich that is stuck together trying to figure out how to make sense of this mess.

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… The driver DELIBERATELY LEFT MY PIZZA ON THE GROUND. He delivered it early, didn’t contact any phone number we had on file, and drove back to the store. I spoke with AUSTIN PUTNAM, the “franchisee” and he said that it’s DOMINO’S POLICY/CULTURE NATIONWIDE TO LEAVE IT ON THE GROUND even though he’s just a “franchisee”. He saw nothing wrong with the driver’s actions even though that driver has had countless complaints against him. This is the second time that we have had this driver. The first time, he ASKED IF I ALREADY TIPPED HIM AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR, then proceeded to drop my food ON THE GROUND while he was pulling it out of the bag. But the “franchisee” sees nothing wrong with this type of behavior in his employees. I asked him if we were on a recorded line and he said “Yes”. I will contact Domino’s Corporate about this incident and see if they feel the same way. The woman who picked up the phone at the store had more empathy and was understanding about the situation, but when the “franchisee” took over the call to “mediate” the situation, he made it much much worse. I appreciate the product itself from the cooks at the restaurant, but until this is resolved, I will not be a customer “nationwide”.
