The Veggie Wagon - Carolina Beach

We stop here on every trip to Kure Beach. Prices are a bit high but they have a good selection. Would prefer vegan options.

Fresh, local produce outside of the shop although I didn't try. Most of the other foods they sell here are not vegan. I found a vegan pumpkin chocolate chip muffin that was pretty tasty. They have a coffee bar and I got a cold brew with almond milk which was good. Overall it's decent, great if you want some fresh produce but if you want other goods they don't have a whole lot for vegans. I think it's worth checking out around them.

The restaurant offers delicious vegan milkshakes, as well as coffee and hot chocolate. It has a charming atmosphere with local artist creations on display. Conveniently located just one block away from the beach, there is also outdoor seating available.
