A G Barbecue Chicken - Carolina Beach

Great small barbecue area on the main strip in Kure Beach. The fried chicken was the best I ever had! The pulled pork BBQ was slightly disappointing and the seat was a little cramped. Overall no bad experience. The whole food is served on polystyrene plates and in plastic baskets, but this is for a small mother and pop joint as expected. The service was great and I think our server was perhaps the owner. He was very friendly and helpful. The Makkaroni salad was great some of the other sides were nothing special. But if you try the fried chicken here, you won't regret it literally the best fried chicken I've ever had. We definitely come back the next time we only visit Kure Beach for the chicken alone.

First time visit! We did the walk up window. Service was quick and food was delicious. We ordered 2 BBQ pork plates and 2 BBQ pork sandwiches. Generous portions of Chopped pork BBQ. They provided both the Eastern NC vinegar based sauce and the western red sauce.

We stop here about every single trip to CB why because the owners give a local hello to you as they host. Try the collard greens are delicious, cheeseburgers and fries a big Yes and BBQ family pkg is a must with chicken and many other foods. They are walking distance to our beach house rentals.

Had burgers this time. Nothing fancy, just a good burger and a side of homemade chips. Yum.

This is part of the best BBQ in the state! Big hot dogs, hush puppies, etc. I never had a bad meal from here! Your employees are always friendly and punctual. I recommend A
