This is a review for my experience placing a drive through order for a chicken bacon and ranch flat bread sandwich. The four stars were earned for good, friendly service. I would give 3 stars for the quality of the flat bread sandwich. It was basically a shredded lettuce sandwich. Honestly, there was no flavor to it. Minimal amount of chicken pieces. This place has gone from bad to worse. Their slogan is “on tropic time” because they are so slow it’s hard to comprehend. I always get the Detox Island Green… it’s green. No idea what this is, but it tastes like water. I won’t be returning, this was a complete waste of $12. View all feedback.
Got a smoothie last week from here and it was horrible. The smoothie was all ice with very little fruit. The person who made the smoothie squeezed a lime in the drink and threw the squeezed one back into the new limes. Does not seem very sanitary. I paid $8 for a very sub par smoothie. I reached out to the company to explain my issue. Never hear anything back. Think twice about going to this location.
Amazing smoothies my favorite is the bahama mama and the paradise point. I will be coming back to these favorites! Amazing!
Smoothies are good but service is so so slow. Was in the drive-thru for what seemed like 30+ minutes.
Waited for 12 min at drive thru. They told me to wait but I can't wait that long. Decided to just leave. Guess they don't like making money?
Not recommended. Bad customer service. Slow. Unfriendly. Just go somewhere else this place is
