I love Caputos. The location I go to regularly is under construction so my family goes to this one in the interim. This specific location, their flagship, is horrendous. The layout is plainly awful. Everything is scattered throughout the store, employees don 't know what is where, and while theres nothing they can do about it they 're clearly tired of customers asking.
