What Elle Dero doesn't like about The Rails End:
Our waitress was a young girl, and despite the restaurant being almost empty, it took 45 minutes just to get a menu. I had to go up twice to request drinks, but after an hour of waiting and getting increasingly frustrated, we decided to leave. This was absolutely ridiculous. It was the worst customer service I've ever encountered, and I will not be returning. View all feedback. What Sue Toner likes about The Rails End:
Very popular place and very busy. Comfortable atmosphere. Tables are spaced out enough that it doesn't feel crowded either The service is supreme. Coffee is not their expertise and breakfast sausage was not my favorite. Biscuits and gravy were very good and the group I was with all enjoyed their food as well. One of the few restaurants in town to enjoy breakfast recommend. View all feedback.
